Tuesday - Question Set
Materials needed today: each group member needs SS textbook and a pen/pencil, the group needs ONE laptop
List 15-20 facts about your topic.
The first person states one fact and writes it on the card. The second person states a different fact and writes it on a new card. Go completely around the group so that EVERY person has a turn. Try to do as many rounds as possible without your book. Once you are stuck, use your book. As a group, write 15-20 facts about your topic.
Organize your fact cards into about 5 main idea groups.
Sort the cards into groups of similar ideas. Keep sorting until you have about 5 groups. You may need to combine groups. The cards may or may not be evenly organized.
